REACH

„Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals.“


As a supplier of steel and aluminium plates, we hereby confirm that in accordance with EU chemicals regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH), our products do not contain any dangerous substances which, in normal use, pose a risk to humans or the environment.

 

 

CONFLICT MINERALS

Conflict Minerals (Tantalum, Tin, Tungsten and Gold) - Minerals from Conflict Areas


As a supplier of steel and aluminium plates, we can hereby confirm that all products supplied by us comply with current legislation. (Dodd-Frank-Act Section 1502, RMI, OECD, etc.). To the best of our knowledge (as far as traceable with our suppliers) our products do not contain any Conflict Minerals, from the Democratic Republic of Congo and neighboring countries (Angola, Burundi, Congo, Central African Republic, Republic of Tanzania, Rwanda, Sudan, Uganda, Zambia, etc.).

Should we get to know of the potential use of Conflict Minerals in this area, we will notify our customers.
